Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and all activity in your account. Registration details must be accurate.

Your customer data belongs to you. Export it to Excel any time. We never use it without your permission.

Data is only kept to provide the service, traffic is encrypted and staff access is limited and logged.

Subscriptions are paid in advance. When a subscription ends, data is kept but new entries are blocked until renewal.

Marketing SMS may only be sent to customers who agreed. Businesses are responsible for their message content.

We aim for constant availability; planned maintenance is announced in advance.

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
